Excellent communication. Kept me informed when he was on his way to pick up my tractor, when it was loaded, when he was getting close to my location. Responded very, very quickly. Delivered on time. Load was well secured. Absolutely a perfect transaction. Highly recommend. Would do business with Jay again. Not the cheapest, but I tried "cheap" the first time. The cheap bidder never picked up the tractor and NEVER initiated any communications to tell me what was happening. Jay will do it right!

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Photo of tractor provided by seller did not show a BrushHog that was included in the shipment. I notified the shipper when I realized this. He was pulling a 25' trailer to pick up the load on a Friday when his lights and trailer brakes failed. After one full day in the shop, he discovered the problem was not his trailer but his pickup. He thought he would be able to make repairs and deliver the load on Tuesday.
