Promised four day delivery. Took 10 days. Made excuses about why month end added time, how Labor Day added time, how they do not count the day it is picked up, how they do not count the day it is delivered. Promised a rebate because it took so long. Never received a dime. Hard to get straight answers or timely responses to phone calls. Would never use them again.
Response from EchoLogistics:
Joe isn't experienced with LTL shipping. The carrier's do not count weekends and national holidays as transit days. The estimated transit time was 4 days, it was available for delivery on day 5 but Joe didn't return their appointment calls, so it was delivered day 6. The holiday slowed it down by 1 day, we offered Joe a partial refund as good faith but he hasn't gotten back to us with his info. We have staff available 24hrs/7 days a week for customers.
