The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Service provider had an internal scheduling and/or mechanical breakdown which caused them to miss the agreed upon pickup. No attempt was made to contact the pickup or delivery party to inform them of the issue. Thus, the person at the pickup location waited needlessly all day for a truck that never arrived.
