The shipment listing was misrepresented and the service provider canceled Boat is not the size described on trailer it is wider and requires special permits and would require escorts, tunnels to be closed, Over Sized Permits and more.. The price that we accepted was at the stated size on the listing. We would have to add $1000 to the bid to make this happen now that it is an oversized load. We are sorry for any problems this may have caused and hope you find someone for your price range.

The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it Frankly, I am glad this shipper has declined the offer to move the boat, but strongly disagree with the reason given. Both the customer and the marina staff attempted to contact Scraprats Transport (USDOT 2292354) to confirm the details of the move. Nothing has been misrepresented. No return calls were received. A call time-line is available. The shipper wanted an additional $1000 to complete the move. UNSAT. I demand a full refund. Nothing positive has come from this experience.

We suggest that the customer give proper measurements for the boat the next time it is listed. Size was given as smaller than actual size. This would have required addition funding as 2 Tunnels would have had to be closed, Escort units may have been required and permits obtained for each state that the boat was going to travel thru. We did attempt to contact the customer a couple times and left 2 voicemail messages. No calls from the marina were ever made to us.
