The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it We dispatched this car for pick up tomorrow. The driver took another load to accommodate this one. The seller said they are snowed in their parking lot. This is not true as a a,driver picked up a vehicle just down the street. The car is on the load board with another company. If the car was not ready for us how is it for someone else. All our time was wasted on this and we did our job. We are very upset to have our time wasted and the driver is very mad as now she has an empty spot she cannot fi

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider I consider this service unprofessional. She used inappropriate language to both me and to the dealership salesman where the car was going to be picked up from. Even though we have misunderstandings, I believe we can solve issues without cussing.

No one cussed. I am a lady sir. I did however us the word b.s. which is exactly what is happening here. The car is double posted. We had a driver. He accepted the load in good faith and booked others. Now he is going empty. Your car is posted with a dealer. We don't like our time wasted or be lied to.

Faster than I expected. I less than a week I got my car at home. Very friendly service.

Even though it took two weeks longer than expected, they did not charge me extra for bringing the car with the non working transmission. Thanks!
