Frank was very nice and it was easy getting ahold of him even though he is in Australia. His shipment was easy and already planned out, it was as easy as pick up and drop off. We would ship for him anytime. It was a pleasure doing business with him.

The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it Customer had wrong pu information. Wrong phone number and wrong city in CT. I haD A VERY HARD TIME GETTING A HOLD OF SHIPPER. i HELD MY TRUCK FOR 2 DAYS AND FINALLY i HAD TO LEAVE WITH NO REPONSE FROM SELLER. sHIPPER FROM aUSTRAILA AND WAS NOT CLEAR ON A HIS PHONE NUMBER AS WELL.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I have been trying to get this shipment picked up since last monday I have rang on many occassions to try to get it organized, the service provider keeps telling me it is going to be picked that day but it is now friday & still awaiting pickup I am no longer comfortable or have any confidence in the service provider
