Very nice lady. She always picked up the phone no mater what time of day it was. They also made a quick wire transfer.

The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it The shipment appeared to be larger then explained. We asked the customer what they would like us to do, he informed us to return the trailer back to the yard where the yard owner was bluntly disrespectful even though he was addressed politely and with respect. Unfortunately the misunderstanding was more detrimental to the yard owner then the customer themselves. He swears at me when I explained the customers concerns so best of luck to you and apologies for the inconvenience. :)

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment They showed up with a trailer that would haul 7000-8000 lb trailer and the unit alone is 6700 and so he will be overweight to haul and also they think that the machine weighs 11000.-12000. pounds and it does not. They suggested that we pay them 500-600 more and they will come back with a bigger trailer which we will not agree upom.
