The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it THIS IS A LIE.THIS GUY HAD SOME ONE ELSE BUY THE CAR AND DIDNT HAVE A BUYER NUMBER FOR ME TO PICK UP THE CAR.I CANT PICK UP A CAR WITHOUT A BUYER NUMBER.I GOT AN EMAIL FROM HIM ON TUESDAY AND HE SAID THAT THEY WERE GOING TO GO GET THE CAR AT NOON.I NEVER THOUGHT ANYTHING ELSE ABOUT IT.I HAVE THE EMAIL FROM HIM SAYING THAT.TO SAY THAT IM UNTRUSTWORTHY WHEN HE SAID HE WAS GOING TO GO GET THE CAR.IM SORRY WE ARE ONE OF THE BEST SHIPPERS ON THIS SIGHT AND WE TAKE PRIDE IN THAT.

This guy is a liar. He HAD MORE EXCUSES THAN CARTER HAS PILLS. See his cancellation list. He had a buyer number, and we DID HAVE TO PICK UP THE CAR BECAUSE HE BREACHED HIS CONTRACT. UNTRUSWORTHY.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Shipper agreed to pick up car before storage charges started. Shipper called and said had problem, would pick up next business day and pay storage charges. Every day thereafter, shipper promised to pick up and pay storage charges, but after 7 days, stopped answering telephone. Shipper breached our contract, lied to me and then avoided calls and emails. I now have almost $200. in storage charges and have to deadhead to pick up shipment because it is too late to book another carrier. Shipper is no
