first, David is not the owner he is the dispatcher. Bill(I) am the owner. second, you went on a tirade when the driver missed the pick up date because of a flat tire. We picked the machine up the next business day after your aledged funeral. Third, we have your recorded threats of violence to my staff over the phone and by text. You seem to have trouble with the majority of your shipments and your carriers. I am recommending to USHIP to ban you from the site for your repeated threats of violence

I paid the bill in full as soon as i booked it. It was your company that under bid the job and threatened not to deliver my machine unless i paid you more money. I did not leave you a negative feedback I left a neutraL FEEDBACK you did get my machine to its destination in 1 piece the driver did a great job but your scheduling and lack of followup is what caused me to leave a NEUTRAL FEEDBACK. I will warn you one last time, your remarks are libelous to my character and your need to remove them.

Garbage company. Scammed me out of extra money Because I put a few extra items in the truck. They say the drivers wanted more money for the extra items and if I paid it would make it easier to book a driver. When the driver arrived this was not the case. I would never use Montway again. They a Garbage.

This is considered a misrepresented shipment. Our Uship bids are for empty vehicles unless the customer specifies differently. Unfortunately we do not move home goods only automotive. There are restrictions for personal items, weight limits and surcharges. Reason being carriers are required to stop at weight stations if found to be overweight they are fined with charges at minimal $500. Most carriers refuse to take vehicles loaded with personal items for such reasons.

Absolutely terrible, first I did add a few extra personal items inside my truck and told montway about it. They would not book a driver saying the drivers wanted more money to ship with personal items, this was a lie according to the driver that picked up my truck. Montway are scammed me out of a extra $200.00. Then after 2 weeks of waiting the driver picked up and had very good communication, After the pick no communication and Late Delivery. Highly recommend NOT to use Montway, They Suck.

Personal items are not covered with any quotes we give our customers. We are responsible for shipping vehicles not household goods. Personal items add more weight to the vehicle thus adds more weight to the trailer. Truckers are fined if their trailers are overweight, tickets could be $500 minimal. Therefore carriers have the right to refuse personal items and/or request a surcharge to accommodate the shipment.

Driver did a great job, got my machine delivered intact and on time. The owner Dave was a rude, disrespectful businessman. I would never use this company or recommend them due to the owners bad attitude and foul mouth.
