There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved Needed $100 more to pick up car today. no way!!!

Montway never agreed to pick-up the vehicle same day. Our bid indicates that the pick-up window is 1 to 7 days. The real reason for the cancelation is here: Car is from IAAI and this info was not presented in the listing. The price for picking up cars from Salvaged Auctions like IAAI is higher and customer didn't agree with that.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period I AT LEAST CALLED SHIPNATS 20 TIMES AND LEFT A VOICE MAIL AT LEAST 5 TIMES AND I NEVER GOT A CALL BACK. THEY CLAIM THEY HAVE 1500 TRUCKS? HOW CAN THEY RUN THEIR BUSINESS IF THEY HAVE 2 NUMBERS AND NO ONE PICKS UP. THIS IS DISAPPOINTING. I WANT MY DEPOSIT BACK

Viewing shpmt you will see we told cust we didnt have a truck ready but he asked us to place bid anyway. After bid acceptance ph. record shows he left 1 vm on each ph. and we returned within 20 min in which we told him we were working on his shpmt. We do not place bids without a truck ready. We called him next day to touch base about a truck in the area and left msg. We have not heard from him yet. You can view all of our pos feedbacks and see we have great communication and excellent service!!
