BEWARE OF MISREPRESENTATION!! Our bid declared arrival same day as pickup, Franklin tractor said that delivery hours were TOTALLY flexible. after pickup, 500 miles later, we arrived 38 minutes after closing, and franklin tractor was notified the day ahead it would be less than hour off. They refused to accept, said delivery hours were flexible ONLY during normal business hours. THERE IS A PLACE ON USHIP FOR DELIVERY IF YOU LIST FLEXIBLE BE IT! 38 MINUTES OFF SHOULD BE ACCEPTABLE. BEWARE!!!!

BEWARE OF THIS SHIPPER. He bids one price and complains that he underpriced and wants you to pay more after he picks up. No one forced him to bid on shipment. 38 minutes was more like 3 1/2 hours after we closed. We are open 10 hours daily and accept shipments during those 10 hours. Would not recommend to anyone. DON'T BID ON SHIPMENTS IF YOU ARE NOT WILLING TO HAUL FOR THE BID PRICE

BEWARE of this customer get your money before delivery. Truck delivered on a weekend so monday I ask for payment customer pays short with excuses. This is after he gets the good. DO NOT HAUL A THING FOR THIS GUY

BEWARE. This guy is a crook. He books through Uship and after he delivers he wants you to cancel the transaction with Uship and pay him the full amount directly. Thus the high number of cancellations. Check his feedback. I have been in business 40 years and have never dealt with someone more crooked thank him. Did not pay right away because his driver damaged my gate and left without letting us know. $480 in damages. Would not recommend this guy to anyone.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Terms of the bid were for it to be picked up within 4 days of booking. Bid accepted Mon 4/19 & I was on site Thur 4/21. The shipper said this was a road ready trailer with electric brakes. Upon arrival I found the trailer did not have a plug for lights & brakes, was missing several lights, had 2 flat tires (1 cut), a bent rim, & the spare was shredded. I have photos of these. Contacted shipper by phone (he was at the destination & not on site). Cost me about 10 hours and $85 in fuel.

Transporter showed up a day after sheduled with a truck that was not big enough for load. Could not wait couple of hours for trailer to be repaired. We had never seen the trailer and was told it was road ready. Transporter told us he could get back in a few days to pick up and never contacted us to tell us different. So we lost sale of equipment and took several more days to arrange transportation.
