Marc is a great service provider, and very patient with this novice shipper. Marc scheduled the pick up appointment with the GL folks. He made sure my truck was removed from the Ft. Lewis Govt.Liq. site within the required time frame. Great communication while scheduling the delivery of the load to my residence. He even posed for a picture next to my new truck. I will definitely let the Military Vehicle Collector community know about this rising star.

Successful shipment (over-sized load). Communications errors on both ends but things worked out great in the end. Very helpful driver.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The service provider admitted he thought the truck was a different truck from viewing the shipment listing pictures and did not pay attention to recorded with and thus didn't think he needed over width permits. When I called him to confirm the pick up details and permits, he informed me that he had made a mistake. Then the service provider canceled the shipment.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment After 2.5 weeks Jason of HomeTown Pickups is unable to complete the transaction. HomeTown is unable to schedule times between Govt. Liquidation and UPS, whom they said they had experience in dealing with before, for a pickup.
In an email on Monday April 27th, Jason said he would give it one more attempt but thought he would have to cancel the transaction.
I will instead, as I do not know how long it will take him to complete the cancellation task.
