I did not show up at agreed upon date and time

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I tried to contact the Service Provider prior to the scheduled pick up date to go over details. I left messages and never received a call back. The Service Provider then did not pick up our boat on the scheduled pick up date. I have left numerous messages and emailed and have got NO response. There has been NO communication. At this point, I do not feel comfortable doing business with this Service Provider.
