The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it THE CUSTOMER TALKED TO HIS PARTNER AND THEY TOGETHER DECIDED THEY DONT WANT THE VEHICLE DRIVEN, THEY RATHER HAVE IT HAULED. THE CUSTOMER DO NOT WANT TO PUT ANY ADDITIONAL MILES ON THE VEHICLE BECAUSE OF THE HIGH MILEAGE ALREADY ON THE VEHICLE. THE CUSTOMER WAS VERY GOOD IN COMMUNICATING TO ME HIS WISHES AND DID IT IN A TIMELY MANNER SO I ACCEPT THE CANCELLATION REQUEST.
