Customer cancelled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward THIS Customer KEVIN LENAGHAN was very Rude to our staff. He talked to one of the staff and didn't feel comfortable. STAR-XPRESS TEAM.

Eric is a great guy and was very helpful with the move of a very heavy sofa down two flights of stairs. The merchandise was delivered promptly and in good condition and he was a pleasure to work with after a very bad experience with another provider (starxpress).

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider This service provider is completely incompetent. He does not speak English, is tremendously disorganized and is not returning my phone calls to refund my deposit. After several failed attempts to schedule the shipment, I am extremely uncomfortable with this service provider. No one should ever use this service provider to ship any goods.
