A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved We were in route to pick up the items, but were told the warehouse was closed already. We only were able to pick up yesterday and we did give a scheduled time with a 2 hr window via email. Driver stated he called to make sure someone was avail and was told they were not. So after speaking with client and offering to reschedule for our next LA run, client decided to try and see if he can get someone else to pick up sooner.

Customer could not reach me in a reasonable period of time Transporter told me at the time of booking my shipment would be picked-up on Thursday and delivered on Saturday. Since our first conversation the transporter never called me or showed up, I tried to get in contact several times. Very frustrating experience, I would not recommend booking with this transporter.
