Overall I am very pleased. I would definitely use them again. A little prior notice of the pickup time would have been helpful. I just happened to be home at the time, but I didn't know they would be arriving. Anyway it all worked out and it was delivered quickly. Response from greentechnology: Sorry for not giving a better notice. The strong winds in Los Angeles made us loose power where we had no phone or Internet. Stuff happens and glad you understand. I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I accepted the bid on 10/11, and sent an email to confirm the details the same day. I received no response, and I emailed again on 10/12. I called and left a message. Still no response. I contacted uShip support and they have attempted to get in contact as well, and I have called numerous times again and again. It is now 10/17, almost one week later, and I have yet to hear or see a single word from the shipper since I accepted the bid. I cannot understand why someone in business would not so muc
