The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it we bid this item to be picked up on October 13 through 18th. and today is 17th and on the 16th customer placed cancellation already... but we still had 2 days to pick it up... and he said the reason for that is cuz we dint pick up the phone, we always call 12 hours prior to picking up the item.

I placed the cancellation today, the 17th. If you would respond that you would call 12 hours prior to pickup that would be all I needed to know. If you are still able to do the shipment then I want to do it.

Overall I am very pleased. I would definitely use them again. A little prior notice of the pickup time would have been helpful. I just happened to be home at the time, but I didn't know they would be arriving. Anyway it all worked out and it was delivered quickly.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I accepted the bid on 10/11, and sent an email to confirm the details the same day. I received no response, and I emailed again on 10/12. I called and left a message. Still no response. I contacted uShip support and they have attempted to get in contact as well, and I have called numerous times again and again. It is now 10/17, almost one week later, and I have yet to hear or see a single word from the shipper since I accepted the bid. I cannot understand why someone in business would not so muc
