Juan was very clear with the description of the pianos pathway. He was very helpful when we needed to pull the piano up the ramp as well. He wanted everything to go well, as it did. He and his wife were very pleasant and inviting. He paid immediately on invoice. I would like to work with him again in the future. Thanks again for the opportunity.

This provider is a broker and not a shipper. Communication was very poor. If you call for information he says he'll call you back in an hour, but never will. You call back the next day and get the same runaround. After days of knowing nothing, with no notice your told they are going to pick up your shipment. My shipment was damaged by the shipper, and he said he would call me back with the shipping company's insurance info, but never did. I would stay away from this company.

Dave was great to work with. He bent over backwards to make this shipment happen. He looked into every aspect of the shipment and kept me updated with his every move. He is the best shipper I have ever dealt with and I would highly recommend his services.
