Wow! I wish you could have said something prior to this feedback that you left. Customers need to have communication as we cannot read your minds. We did not know this happened until today. Now, I cannot do anything about resolving this whole thing except for apologize for any thing that this carrier may have done that upset you. If I would have known prior to this, I would have been able to let the carrier know and would not have left him positive feedback.

His listing was not correct, it was listed as having a dock for the unloading. We had to send a trailer with ramps and not the trailer that we had originally lined up. Original appointment was set up by Chuck, this is a government liquidation facility, they do not have normal hours and were closed on Friday. We could not talk with them until Monday to reschedule so we could line up another trailer with ramps. I did not charge extra for having to send a trailer with ramps.

I do have a dock for unloading available as stated. Everything was discussed and good to go until you had two or three different people in the mix handling the shipment. Communication was not a strong point for your company. Ramps were not needed.

Shipment time took longer than I was hoping but it got here. Driver had my truck and another utv loaded on the trailer and could not flip his ramps down so he continued to smash my truck into someone else's vehicle trying to compress the load to get the ramps down. I had to get a forklift and lift the whole back of my vehicle which was a little scary. Feel sorry for the other customer. My vehicle was not new but theirs got the worst of it. Same old story pay full price get half price service.

Wish the listing was correct before the bid was accepted, could have been alot quicker. In the end, we did get it moved for the customer without additional costs for extra equipment.
