A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Schedule changed because another shipper cancelled their shipment due to weather, to the pick up area. customer could not wait to reschedule shipment.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Provider sold himself on dealing straight with him and not a big company...Transporter could pick up shipment but he will not accommodate because someone else cancelled their shipment. Left me high and dry and wanted me to wait 4 extra weeks to get my car. BEWARE!

It was my fault that this shipment was cancelled. But to be fair, I emailed the shipper twice with no response. I then called him to explain the situation in which someone cancelled on me , which I then would not be in the pickup area. I told him I was not scheduled to be in that area again for 3 wks. But If he could give it a couple days I would try to rebook to get to the area. he Immediately said " NO Cancel " nasty as can be. Well , probably the best thing , cant please everybody .
