The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time We have been unable to contact the service provider in 6 days. We were originally told that our pick up would be either 30 Nov or 1 Dec after booking 17 Nov. Followed up after booking. Contacted service provider on 26 Nov to confirm pick up for the weekend. Service provider informed us that he still did not know his route and he had added 4 more shipments. I explained as I had in our first conversation that we needed to vacate our current property by 1 Dec. He said he would let us know on 28 Nov
