Great communication and delivery on time

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Service Provider agreed to pickup by a certain date. The shipment was not picked up and upon trying to call the provider several times with no answer and v/m full for four days. We emailed the shipper with the email listed on their Uship profile. We also emailed Uship that we were unable to reach the shipper. Later that day we received an email response saying all communication was to be done by email only and no communication over the phone. The shipper had good communication and adhered to the scehdule we were provided. Would do business again.

Shipper was very professional. Shipper communicated very well with pickup facility to schedule pickup and update us with details. Would definitely use again.
