A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Vicky was a sweet person to deal with. The shipper (not Vicky) continued to provide misleading information and was terrible to deal with. Two pickups were attempted. He refused to print out the BOL upon arrival for the first shipment, so my driver was turned away. The second time the shipment was not packaged properly and was unable to pickup. There would've been too many dry run fees associated with this shipment for my company.
Again, this is no reflection on Vicky. She was very pleasant and
