There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved The customer wants the item picked up on April 30th, the agreement gave me until May 1 which was my scheduled day to pick up for the customer. The cusstomer will not abide by the dates we agreed upon. Jeannie Robinson

The Timeframe listd on the site was between 4/10/2013 and 4/30/2013. We never agreed to a May 1st pick up date, as we are moving out of our apartment on April 30th. Uship agreed with us, and will be giving us a full refund.

Very patient & understanding. I had another driver pick up this Baby Grand. He got his trailer hung up just blocks from her parents home and was late for the pick up. Delivery was within the agreed delivery spread but in the evening & pouring rain. The driver told me all went well at delivery time. Thank you so much for the business. I wish I could have done the move myself.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Service provider was not willing to pick up shipment during time frame agreed upon. Also very difficult to contact.

I hired a driver who went to TX filled up my truck and brought it back to KY and quit. This has caused multiple issues; I am trying to get back on track an get this mess cleaned up. I am sorry.

Overall, everything went fine. The piano arrived safely, which was my main concern. I was a little frustrated though because, although their website says they can accept credit, some of the drivers can't. I was planning on using my Visa, but was unable to.
