Tom is great. He wanted another piece added, everything was agreed upon. Our issue is with the driver that was lined up, this guy took forever and a day to get this to Tom, lied to us, lied to Tom several times, this was a nightmare for our customer. We deducted the additional amount for him, to help to ease some of this. Recently he did give us another chance, but that shipment didn't go through. I would like to work with Tom and be able to get him to smile. Thank you for allowing us to try.

Shipment went pretty smooth to be honest. Customer got a customs broker lined up in a timely fashion, which lead to loading and delivering in a good time frame, and we got paid for our work. Thanks again Tom.
