I have not been able to contact the customer after a reasonable period of time. Booked this 2 days ago have tired to get a hold of costumer with no luck. I guess we leave it up to uship. However we do notice for only 17 shipments he already has 4 cancellations this will be # 5 for him.

We spoke with the customer on the phone and told them there was a fuel sur-charge and that they seemed fishy wanting us to wait 2 weeks for payment after we pick up and deliver so we requested them to make full payment in advance so now they want to cancel out there shipment beware of these people and please get payment in advance because i dont think you will get payed by them

The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it My profile and note to customers clearly states that I am a drive-away contractor. After several phone calls, a number of emails and contacting uShip support staff, I did speak with someone who identified himself as the shippers brother-in-law. He stated to me that the shipper didn’t speak very much English and told me that the vehicle was not running and needed to be transported on a lowboy. I suggested to the shipper he cancel the bid. I wish him luck in relocating his vehicle.

This vehicle cannot be carried on a regular car carrier. You would need a lowboy for this haul. Sorry I could not be of any help.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved Hi I want to cancel because the total amount was 2305.64. I give a deposit of 305.64 the balance is 2000.00 and the company send me a invoice with 2281.00 that he said we have to paid by pay pal in advance,then he can pick up my item.Thats more 2305.64 the original bid we dont gonna pay more.I thin he want to be smart but we move cars we uship all the time am we know how works. thank you

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment after this company accept to move the vehicle they never show to pick up the item on time saing that is to big. I have now storage fees and it stays at yard. Now Im looking for another company to do the job.

Not true at all!!! The customer never gave is the chance to move this vehicle! He accepted the bid, Montway called him and told him that the pick-up window is 7 days and he stated that in this case he would prefer to cancel, which is OK, but please no reason for false statements here. For everybody else that reads that we see a pattern for all shippers buying salvaged cars - this people are always on the hunt for LESS then CHEAPER price and always end up paying huge storage fees!? No sense here!
