I have not been able to contact the customer after a reasonable period of time. Booked this 2 days ago have tired to get a hold of costumer with no luck. I guess we leave it up to uship. However we do notice for only 17 shipments he already has 4 cancellations this will be # 5 for him.

We spoke with the customer on the phone and told them there was a fuel sur-charge and that they seemed fishy wanting us to wait 2 weeks for payment after we pick up and deliver so we requested them to make full payment in advance so now they want to cancel out there shipment beware of these people and please get payment in advance because i dont think you will get payed by them

The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it My profile and note to customers clearly states that I am a drive-away contractor. After several phone calls, a number of emails and contacting uShip support staff, I did speak with someone who identified himself as the shippers brother-in-law. He stated to me that the shipper didn’t speak very much English and told me that the vehicle was not running and needed to be transported on a lowboy. I suggested to the shipper he cancel the bid. I wish him luck in relocating his vehicle.

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment This vehicle cannot be carried on a regular car carrier. You would need a lowboy for this haul. Sorry I could not be of any help.
