Need my piano bad.

Got piano moved with out incident however we learned we will not be moving them to second floor apartments again. We moved it from a garage in Memphis to the second floor apartment in Va and young lady was very concerned that it would arrive in one peace! Well it was in less than good condition when we picked it up, the lid was holding by one hinge and the music rack was off. I think she felt that she should have been able to sit down and play it when we delivered it! Dilivered with no damage
