Remmy was easy to work with. He responded promptly to all of the questions and concerns I had while in route with his shipment. I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment Shipper's Ad. States, pickup before 4-6-14, deliver 4-2-14 thru 4-14,, he reads my pickup and delivery dates after he accepts my bid. that pickup within 10 days and delivery within 10 days. I'd tried to explain to him that I will pickup before his pickup date, but thinks that I will take ten days to return to Cali. Shipper wants to blame Uship with putting the wrong pickup date on ad. That it should of been 4-2, not 4-6. He wants his bike pickup on 4-1 or 4-2, In which I will not be able to do

Remmy is a hard working and well organized shipper. Drives a hard bargain, but is well worth your time. I liked his flexibility, and most of all his loyalty. He has already given me two additional bikes to move for him. I think he really appreciated my service, because he even gave me a tip--twice. There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved Besides the bike not being ready at a convenient time, a misunderstanding ensued in reference to a second bike needed to be transported also. The shipper was very nice and understanding, and I advised him how to re-list. I will be ready to accept again if suitable to both him & me. Remmy, Thank you for understanding. vicsologil

Shippers beware! 7 months after my item was delivered with delay, he is charging my credit card again! Claims redelivery was needed!

Remmy listed the delivery address on U-Ship as a business with a forklift or loading dock. The driver attempted the delivery on 7/22 but the delivery locations did not have any equipment to unload. A different truck had to come back the next day with a lift gate to make the delivery. The extra charge was for a re-delivery/lift gate fee, and therefore is valid. Please make sure to put the proper information in your U-Ship listing to avoid any extra charges. We appreciate your business.

Although the hours of operation were 9-5 the gates actually closed at 4:30 . To complete this I would have needed to layover for 2 days and be late on 2 other shipments. Very sorry Remmy

I guess getting stuck in San Pablo, for the weekend to do extra runs for you was well worth it. Now I know I'll have a repeat client for the future also. I do thank you for both tips.
