We were supposed to move today and had everything planned and then I got the notice that day about the cancellation. I am extremely disappointed and talk about putting someone in a bind when you commit to a contract to move someone. Do not trust this shipper.

I tried for over a month calling the shipper everday to find out where we were on the pick up of this shipment and they chose to never pick up, never return my calls, and if they did happen to pick up by mistake they hung up on me. I was promised that they would pick up my shipment but after waiting well over a month I felt I had no choice but to cancel this transaction. It got a little ridiculous and my patience ran out.

POSITIVE!!!! 'brooklyn3573' went ABOVE and BEYOND! Communication (A+) was kept with me throughout the entire move, prior to and during. Handling, Packing, and Loading (A+). Speed (A+) I would recommend anyone who wants to move to use 'brooklyn3573' because you won't be disappointed. His HARD WORK and EXPERTISE were a delight during a process that I usually would have considered to be highly stressful. PROFESSIONAL (A+) All around great experience for me and my family during our move.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period I have been unable to contact the service provider after multiple attempts. They kept post-poning the date and finally would no longer return my calls. I would like them to pick it up and go through with this transaction but they won't return my calls or pick-up when I call. It has been well over a month since they have had any contact with me.
