My item was delivered in good condition, it was carefully packaged and transported. The service provider was very professional and communicative, he e-mailed or called at the sign of any problems and was very helpful in resolving these problems.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period I have been unable to contact the provider on any of their phone numbers and they did not show up to collect the item with the period of time agreeded which has already passed.
