There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved there are some things out of my control i could move freight just not as fast as he wanted if he wants it moved for cheap sometimes he has to wait for the right truck sorry for the delay

Customer feels I misrepresented my business and/or services We at API DO NOT Conduct business in the way that we misrepresent ourselves or what we can do for our customers. We have not had ANY complaints from any business dealings on UShip.com. This shipper accepted the bid, then didn't have freight ready when we had a truck available. When they were finally ready, we had a hard time finding a truck for such a difficult lane. Our intentions were never to "screw" anyone for anything. If that's how they feel, then it's quite personal, not business.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved Once again a BROKER low balled the bid taking a chance that they could find someone to ship it. When they couldn't find someone they made up every excuse in the book from holiday weekend to hurricane. Bottom line is they wasted my time and money and didn't honor their bid. An honorable business would make it happen at the price they quoted and pay the difference if they were upside down. I wouldn"t recommend this broker to anyone else!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

he wants a cheap price the n you have to wait til i can get it moved if you want to pay for better service pay more you begged for this price funny thing is most of the truckers knew what this freight was and did not want to move it for him wonder why

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Service provider low balled the bid and then couldn't come through with the pickup. I highly recommend you stoip doing business with this carrier or broker. They just bid low and hope they can find someone and when they can't they screw the customer instead of paying the difference. I am very dissapointed in this ordeal. Please refund me ASAP for my deposit.My customer is now pissed off and this has been a nightmare. Please conatct me back with my deposit refund info. thanks jim
