I did not show up at agreed upon date and time Service provider did not pick up my product, was hard to get a hold of. I told him from the beginning "communication is key, let me know what is happening". This did not happen, he did not reply to email messages. when I did talk to him he only had excuses. I have had to pay hundreds of dollars in late charges. I would like a refund. Thank You - Richard Fisher.

I no longer need my item(s) shipped I did not get the item I was bidding on at Government Liquidation Auction. I was outbid on the item that was to be shipped to me. I did not have any problems with the Service Provider, I simply did not have anything to ship.
