The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it I didnt know that i couldnt accept uship payments yet.

THIS GUY IS NEW TO USHIP AND DID NOT FULLY UNDERSTAND USHIP POLICY. THE ONLY WAY I WAS WILLING TO PAY WAS THROUGHT USHIP, THIS GUY THOUGHT THAT EVERY TRANSACTION COULD BE FULLY PAID THROUGHT USHIP WHICH IS INCORRECT. HE IS A NEW PROVIDER AND HAS TO WAIT BEFORE HE CAN RECIEVE PAYMENT THROUGH USHIP.

Great guy, he was on time and communicated with me throughout the whole transport. I will refer him & use him again. This is a true service provider. It was hard to find someone who was trustworthy enough, but we trusted him and everything was fine. No damage goods.

Thanks for the nice feedback, but really, why the moderate rating on 'care of goods'? I picked up 2 palleted engines on a 2 degree day in Eastern Wisconsin, and brought them to you within 2 hours. You said yourself..."no damaged goods"...soooooo? Thank you.

THIS GUY MADE A TRIP FOR NOTHING WHICH I'M VERY SORRY ABOUT. He arrived on time, stay in touch with me the whole time of shipment. Very good honest person. Will use him again and also will refer him. ONCE AGAIN THANKS VERY MUCH.

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services The only way I will pay a service provider is through USHIP, this Service provider said I was albe to pay thoroght USHIP but once I accepted the bid the only option was to pay the service provider directly.
