The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time DRIVER WAS SUPPOSED TO BE HERE 5/23 IN THE AFTERNOON, THEN DELAYED UNTIL 5/24 IN THE A.M., I SAID OK...THEN HE NO SHOWED, I CALL AGAIN AND HE SAID 4:30 P.M...THEN I CALLED AT 3 AND HE SAID HE WOULD BE HERE AT 8:30P.M....THEN I CALLED AT 6 AND HE SAID HE WOULD BE HERE AT 10:30 P.M....THEN AT 9:45 I CALLED AND HE SAID HE WOULD BE HERE AT 1 A.M. ON 5/25 WHICH IS RIDICULOUS. HE WAS UNABLE TO PICKUP MY FREIGHT, SO I MUST GET A REFUND BACK ON MY CARD, NOT A CREDIT WITH YOUR SITE AS I HAD TO ARRANGE MY Response from newwavecourier: We were in contact with the customer constantly. He agreed to a later pickup time, and we were within 100 miles of the pickup location when he cancelled. We also believe he misrepresented the amount of items in his shipment listing.
