The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Hello, The service provider was unable to make the scheduled time and day of pickup due to transmission problems. Now that the day and time have passed, I am unable to schedule another shipment due to scheduling problems. I will not be in Florida to accept delivery for many months. Hence, I would like to cancel and refund the amount that has been billed. I have had previously positive experiences with uship, and hope to continue to use your excellent service despite this unavoidable exp

He was very understanding but I couldnt get it fixed right away it broke down on Friday at 7:30 at night and I got it in the tranny shop Monday and fixed by Thursday sorry I was unable to make your shipment. I am sure another transporter will be able to get this when the time is right for you.
