Communication from the broker was horrible, I didn't even know the car was picked up until the driver called me to tell me it would be delivered in two days. Broker never said they had it scheduled for pickup, that it had been picked up, etc. The driver was great to deal with and would work directly with them again, but probably not this broker.

The customer was informed about the pick-up schedule, he must be forgotten that after he approved it he e-mailed us the pick-up information to be contacted for the pick-up of his vehicle. He must have something else to say, which he didn't determined at the time of writing his comments. Wishes him best of luck from our end.

Car arrived quicker than original estimate, whole process between getting it booked and delivered was a week, happy with transaction.

Brian did such a great job loading and unloading my car I couldn't have been happier. He took the time to make sure this low profile car never came in contact with hitting the ground when taking it off the truck, he truly treated it like it was his own. Even the deal said he took great care of it and was better than 90% of the transporters that come through there. I definitely will do business with him in the future and highly recommend him to anyone looking to have their vehicle transported.

Derek was great to work with, delivered my bike quickly and in the same condition as it was picked up in. Would use him again for any transportation needs.

Ryan is a great customer. The shipper had the bike ready for shipment and Ryan was there to receive on time. Very efficient with my transport time.
