I no longer need my item(s) shipped All I want to do is get a refund for the insurance. I was told I HAVE to cancel my shipment because after calling to cancel the extra insurance and after speaking with the trucking company about their insurance coverage $1,000,000 policy, it was no longer needed. I spoke with customer service and was told the only way to get my money back for the $90 extra insurance was to cancel the entire shipment leaving record on the trucking company of cancellation, basically blackmailing me into keeping th
