The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment UNIT WAS TO PICKED UP 6/2/2012 BY CLOSE OF BUSINESS AT 4 PM. RECEIVED AN EMAIL THE DAY BEFORE LETTING ME KNOW HE WOULD BE HERE AND WOULD CALL ME. DID NOT HEAR FROM HIM 6/2 OTHER THAN EMAIL AFTER BUSINESS HOURS. SHIPPER OFFERED TO PICK UP SUNDAY, BUT WE DID NOT KNOW OFFER WAS MADE SINCE IT WAS ONLY EMAILED AND RECEIVED MONDAY A.M. ONCE STORE REOPENED AFTER SERVICE PROVIDER ALREADY LEFT TOWN WITHOUT SHIPMENT. Response from REMIXX: I was told my response would be posted, I found that it wasn't Hmmm? In any case my only advise to Mr. Boris would be to provide a more acceptable and reachable phone number. I have all my email and correspondences on record which show no mention of Business hours in addition to the four days it took to respond to a request for delivery address! Please read my other reviews in regards to how I rate on communication. Mr. Boris still owes me for a failed transport. I cry fraud I mean foul!!
