A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I am sorry that I could not get this done in the required time frame, appointments were made to pick this up. They were unable to keep the appointments to get this for you. Sorry for the inconvenience that this caused you.

For: 5 ton military vehicle Burley ID to Kennewick, WA

1st attempt provider missed many deadlines with bad communication. Provider cancelled shipment do to scheduling conflicts. I decided to give them a 2nd chance, but they dropped that ball as well. Missed deadline, they found alternate trucker to complete shipment, but failed to inform alternate of need of ramps and winch for loading, so I had to pay tow company to load it using semi wrecker. The alternate Parfrey was very helpful in comparison to Freightfinder. Back loads aren't their priority.
