I could not have asked for better communication, service or a better experience. When my ex overslept and missed dropping off the cat, Bob put me, the customer, first and was flexible quickly offering an alternative solution. My baby arrived, as originally scheduled, happy and in great shape. What started as a stressful ordeal closed as a great experience. I can't say enough great things about Bob and his care of my pet, his service or his willingness to go above and beyond.
