The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time This shipment was never picked up, therefore we don't understand how provider left us a positive feedback when in fact our trike is still sitting at the dealership W/H in Tennessee! He was supposed to be at the location a week ago but never called anyone to confirm. When we finally talked to him, he told us he had to change his routing and would be in TN early this week. Today is Wednesday March 27 and we still have not heard from him, therefore we are forced to cancel this shipment so that we c
