My Shipment was supposed to be delivered on May 25th (2BR Apt). I did not receive it until almost Midnight on May 31st. The movers had the wrong size truck and did not have the pads and blankets I had requested in my bid request. They blamed me for this when it was stated in my request. In addition they accepted and delivered another shipment in the middle of my shipment. Finally if my nephew not been there to help offload the truck it would have taken all night as the shipper was no help at all

She is right about the shipment suppose to be on 5/25. What she is not telling you is that she had a WHOLE LOT MORE THAN WHAT WAS LISTED ON HER SHIPMENT. We have the original list that we were suppose to pick up and she went into u-ship and added items after we placed our bid and did not tell us about that. She then denied this happening. What we had to do to accomodate her was to get a bigger moving truck that we had to pay for out of the money she was suppose to pay us. We were willing to do t

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment.
I had three car to be shipped they gave me quote for all three . After contacting the service provider he told me that could only do one car at the time which is too long,too late and very inconvinient for me. They never told me that before , so I have to call it off.

For anyone who is needing something shipped, I urge you to talk to this husband and wife team. Bill & Theresa are absolutely trustworthy folk. While they are smaller than your average UPS, I was comforted knowing that my window (6x6) was in Bill's hands. The correspondence they offered me was priceless, I know UPS would not do it. Most of all, they are price-competitive. In just about any way you look at it, they were the absolute right choice for me...hopefully, they might get to work for you.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved.
I now need the car shipped to Baltimore, and I know that no one can do it for that price. There is no way I could ask this service provider to make such changes to the requested service by me. My customer has asked to use another shipping company to overseas and their port is not in NJ it is in Baltimore. I hope you understand and I am so appreciative of your bid. Thanks so much! If you are interested in taking the car to Baltimore for a higher price, please let me know!
