The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it Went to pick up piano and it was 900 pounds and not on casters. It was listed as 500 pounds and on casters as well as a business with dock. There was no dock. She said we tried to pick up the wrong piano, but we gave him the paperwork and that's what he said it was, so maybe he made a mistake. Not sure, but based on what he showed us, we were unable to do without additional charges. We could not get hold of customer while we were there so had to move on.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Service Provider tried to pick up the WRONG PIANO, then e-mailed me the next day that I had not provided an accurate description, and they had not been able to pick up my piano! My piano is as sturdy as a tank, and is on casters. This is my second try with U-SHIP. Please provide a FULL REFUND!

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period Haven't received a response from shipper since the day the bid was accepted. I had to move the piano locally, until such time as I can arrange for state-to-state shipping, so I incurred extra expense because of shipper's lack of response.

I no longer need my item(s) shipped At the last minute, I was outbid. I am hoping to purchase a piano located in Oak Forest. Would I be able to do this today, and still follow through with the original shipping plans, or do we need a full cancellation? Thank-you!
