The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it Jim's reason is not true! Our contract was to pick up last Thur or Fri. thurs we did not yet have the buyer or lot #. We got a hotel, drove off our path to pick it up Friday morning to pick up. Jim did not even have the bike paid for. Our terms and conditions state must be paid for BEFORE booking. We sat at Crashed Toys for 1hr 55mins. Jim could to get it paid for. Asked to get it this week to avoid a cancellation against us. He highly lacks communication and stiffed us. We are not ful

This is incorrect. Jim has horrible communication. We were hired to pick up the week before. He had not even paid for the motorcycle even two days after booking us. We even waited two hours at the pick up for him to pay for it and he did not. Stayed in a hotel in the area and all. We tried to get it the next week and he responded too late.
