The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it On arrival the loag loader was found to be approx 14000 lbs heavier than reported, and the grapple prevented the boom from being lowered to a legal height on the truckbed. The grapple will have to be removed for transport. The loader was also leaking hydraulic fluid.
