very very very very poor communication! product was not delivered on time!very hard to contact shipper would answer phone or emails.

Whwn we booked this we were 41 miles away from bike with room and time to do this. Bike was not paid for yet. 8 days later on 23rd Doug called and said bike was ready to go. We had to schedule the bake back into other runs we had booked. When we were finally able to be back in that area with room to take the bike, we did so. On that run we were slowed by not being able to run after dark due to having lost tailights on the truck. We got the bike delivered as soon as we were able.
