There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved Customer and I could not agree on payment terms. I have a company policy that's included in my "Terms & Conditions" that we need to either establish a line of credit or take a credit card up front. Unfortunately I cannot bend that policy. Rick is a really nice guy with a great company and I'd be happy to work with him down the road. Paul@Evans
