crate was split wide open, bike was laying on its side damaged, driver actually said"this bike was probably thrown on 20 diff trucks before it got here" bike was crated properly, ratchet strapped at both ends and blocked in, thrown around so much tires actually left skid marks in crate. still fighting for over a month to get shipping refunded from expressair&damages paid for by central transport!No phone calls accepted or returned emails only I will never use them again nor do I recommend them!!

we are a ltl carrier and the loads do get transfered,but not 20 times,this bike was damaged as the shipper didnt strap the bike properly so it fell in the crate and bounced around while in transit, we are refunding the customer for the shipment cost even though the damage wasnt caused from the shipment..
