brian c. was great to work with..he was decisive in accepting my bid, and provided the payment code upon delivery, and had great communication..an issue arose with his trailer, and he was patient with me while I repaired the issues, and also voluntarily compensated me for my time for doing the needed repairs..quite the gentleman to work with, and I am sorry I didn't get to meet him in person..thanks again brian for choosing me for your transportation needs..james327..EL CAMINO TRANSPORT.

Rick was the best. He communicated through the whole process. Once he arrived he took pictures of my truck, and got it loaded and on its way. He arrived on time, and actually was early. Would definitely use R&L Transport again for future shipments.

Vehicles were picked up as requested on the date promised. Driver was unable to pick up all 3 because of the size of vehicles, but made an extra trip to pick up the 3rd vehicle. Driver was professional, courteous, and was very safe in loading and unloading. Recommend Barber Hot Shot for transport of your vehicles, and would use again.

Best Shipper! Arrived on time, and had boat ready to go before we came outside. As we watched boat leave, we knew we picked the right person for the job. Had trailer issues with 2 wheels coming off trailer, and James fixed issues on side of road at night, while updating with pictures and text. He found trailer place next day, and replaced the purchased wheels and hardware in parking lot himself, and delievered boat on time. James went over and beyond for his customer. Highly Recommend!!! A+++
