Customer feels I misrepresented my business and/or services On 4/3 I booked delivery of live animal from LA to SF with a Uship provider NickKlein, paid $274.33.
On Wednesday 4/6 , on pick-up of the animal, provider TOOK $300 CASH from the person handling the animal (handler's mistake - provider's fraud).
After being paid, provider disappeared for some time. Animal (very expensive cat in a small carrier) was not supposed even to be taken out of it during short 6-h drive from LA to SF. Next day the owner in SF begin calling everyone, trying to find her

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Wery nice people, very cooperative and willing to help. Only this is very busy time, Christmas, and everybody are on very tight schedule. Hope we will work with htem in the future.
